WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR A CONSULTATION AND APPOINTMENT?
After an initial phone conversation, we’ll schedule an appointment for a consultation in your home or office. During this meeting, we’ll discuss areas that you want to focus on, goals you have for those areas, and we’ll create a plan of action. Organizing sessions are then centered on these areas and goals.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our cost varies, based off project, and package chosen. During consultation, all package cost are discussed.
LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ORGANIZE MY HOME?
It will depend on the size of your home, the amount of stuff you have, how fast you make decisions. After the in-home consultation we would be able to tell you approximately the timeframe. Here is a very rough estimate, based on previous clients:
Master closet: 12-24 hours
Kitchen: 12-36 hours
Office (including filling system): 12-24 hours
Garage/Basement: 6-24 hours
Bathroom: 2-6 hours
Playroom: 6-24 hours
Bedroom: 6-12 hours
Living room: 6-12 hours
CAN YOU WORK ON YOUR OWN OR DO I NEED TO BE THERE?
For the decluttering process, you need to be present to make decisions on what to keep and what to let go. For the organizing process, you do not need to be present.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AT THE IN-HOME CONSULTATION?
You will walk us through your home and talk about the areas that overwhelm you. We will discuss the possible solutions and ideas, give you an estimate on how long it will take to organize, and advise on the organizing package that will be best for you. The consultation will last up to an hour.
HOW MUCH DOES THE IN-HOME CONSULTATION COST?
The in-home consultation fee is $60, however, if you decide to purchase a session, this fee will be credited towards the cost of the session.
DO SESSION PRICES INCLUDE ORGANIZING PRODUCTS?
No, but organizing products are never required, and many times, we can use storage systems you already own. If you decide that you would like to use additional products, we will recommend the best products for your space and even do all the necessary shopping.
I'M EMBARRASSED TO HAVE ANYONE ELSE SEE THIS MESS. WHAT ABOUT THAT?
We expect it to look really, really bad, otherwise, you wouldn’t call us, would you? You won't see any judgment from us.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash, checks, e-transfer (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App), and credit cards are all accepted.

We guarantee 100% confidentiality. Your identity and personal information will always remain private. We understand the sensitive nature of the work and assure you that anything related to your family, your home, and your project will remain between us.
